Grand Cinema HD converts HDMI output to USB

The company Lancerlink in Japan and Taiwan have launched GRANDTEC Grand Cinema HD, a video converter.
Made for the computers, the device carries videos to a PC USB port, which is then converted into an HDMI output. Thus, owners can view the contents of a PC screen LCD, OLED, laser or plasma TV, or simply be connected to a monitor with HDMI capability.
Up to six HDMI devices can be connected, but, alternatively, users can connect an HD Grand by a computer's USB port and projecting different images.
The resolutions were limited to a maximum of 720p, and the unit requires a Windows XP or Vista machine with a 2.4 GHz Pentium 4 or higher.
Lancerlink is selling the Grand Cinema HD for about $ 140 in Japan, and other prices in other markets.
