The model is called CKL (009CY) and a USB dongle to transfer data (480Mbps, about 1GB per minute) between two computers sharing the Internet without installing any driver, nor be playing some of the settings the two machines.
It is also interesting because it requires that the computers involved working with the same Operating system, but not away from Windows, it works with all versions (Windows Vista, XP, 2000, ME, and 98SE). Not require routers or Wi-Fi connectivity .
