We started the week strong with several launches of Nokia, although that probably will draw more attention will be the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic, which is the third of the terminals that come with Nokia's touchscreen after the N97 and 5800. In fact, one could say it's a cheaper version of the latter.
And it is shared by much of the design and a similar, though simpler in 5530. It will be particularly welcomed by those who were not interested in 5800 as a device to access the Internet, and therefore did not want with a data rate of as many companies were offering.
The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic does not have 3G connectivity, but comes with only GPRS, but does include Wi-Fi connectivity, so that we can use it to connect to the network as long as we have an available access point. We avoid the reliance on data tariffs.
This phone, the carcass is finished in stainless steel and are offered in five different colors, has a 2.9 inch touchscreen with 640 × 360, a self-playing music 27 hours and comes with a card 4 GB of memory to store our files. Its camera is 3.2 megapixels and includes an LED flash.Improving the interface offered by the 5800, offering access to twenty contacts rather than four, of which we can see at a glance the latest post, calls, photos and updates websites. It also includes the Media Bar to access media files and online sites such as Share ovi, Flickr and VOX. We will use the headphone connection to 3.5 mm.
The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic will be put up for sale during the third quarter and will be priced at 199 euros, before taxes and subsidies.
