Some weeks ago it was speculated on that the people of Mozilla were working in the development of a version of Fennec (Firefox for moving bodies) that ran in iPhone, from declarations realised by Jon Lily (CEO of Mozilla) where indicated that they were next to present/display an application for this equipment in the App Store that would surprise many.
But in one recent interview Handle Dotzler, director of development of the community of Mozilla, this indicated that indeed they were working in different ideas that could be materialized in some type of application, but that no of these was a navigator.
The reasons used by Dotzler to discard the possibility of developing a version of Fennec for iPhone, are related to the strict norms imposed by Apple to manage to distribute an application in the App Store and, especially, the impossibility to publish in her an application that enters conflict with other than already finds installed in the equipment (Safari).
